North Dakota State Militia

The North Dakota State Militia is a Constitutional state defense force made up of ordinary citizens from all walks of life. When we say we are a "Constitutional Militia," that means we include everyone that makes up "We the People." We are not an anti-government militia, we are a pro-government militia that believes in fighting for the Constitution of the United States by all means necessary. We believe that the Constitution of the United States is the highest law of the land and firmly sets out the foundation of our government, military and rights of the people. We uphold the North Dakota Constitution as well.

NDSM is here to help with disaster relief, provide community watch, and emergency law enforcement. We are not what most people think of as the "militia" as what is portrayed on the news. We are here to help our people in every way possible. We are what the militia is supposed to be, guardians of the State. NDSM is ultimately here to protect ND citizen’s rights and Freedom as is stated in the US & ND constitution:

NORTH DAKOTA DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
Article 1, Section 1.
All individuals are by nature equally free and independent
and have certain inalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and
defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing and protecting property and
reputation; pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness; and to keep and bear
arms for the defense of their person, family, property, and the state, and for
lawful hunting, recreational, and other lawful purposes, which shall not be
infringed.

We gladly welcome anyone regardless of race, gender, color, religion, or political affiliation, provided you do not wish to bring harm to our country or states citizens. 

Membership is voluntary. Requirements for membership are that you have a strong sense of Patriotism, are willing to defend the rights of North Dakota citizens, and attend monthly meetings within your division. To become a member you must:

Meet with NDSM officers face to face, and
"solemnly swear (or affirm) that you will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
You must be over the age of 18.
You must be a committed Patriot.

We are the absolute last line of defense against any threat, natural or man-made, foreign or domestic. We have divisional units based across the State. Contact us to find out where your local divisional unit meets. 

If you’re a person just looking for a group that runs around shooting guns, hiding in the grass, then go join a gun club. NDSM is not for you. Don't waste your time or ours. We have similarities to the National Guard. One of the biggest differences is that we work for our States citizens only; we are not federally affiliated or funded in any way. Unlike the guard we will never be called out to leave the state unattended. 

You may see our members out in public at times as we do wear uniforms which are lawfully worn, so as we can be recognized. If you see one of us feel free to approach and ask questions, we are here to serve you and answer any questions you may have. NDSM members dedicate their lives to the defense of North Dakota. 

We also offer winter assistance, welfare checks, food/water delivery in a emergency. We are doing so in order to help our local law enforcement focus on other serious issues due to our local police being overwhelmed as it is. Please contact us if you are not able to get help from local authorities. We will have a 1-800 emergency line up and running shortly.

Article 1 Section 5. 
The citizens have a right, in a peaceable manner, to
Assemble together for the common good, and to apply to those invested with the
powers of government for the redress of grievances, or for other proper
purposes, by petition, address or remonstrance.

If you are 18 or older you are eligible to join the State Militia.  

Tim Turner, is a fraud, and has bilked hundreds of thousands of dollars from thousands of un-suspecting, albeit gullible patriots across the country!

Suffice it to say, that we Support and Defend The Republic Of The United States Of America, and her Founding documents. The Declaration of Independence, and The Constitution of the United States of America, for which many have fought and died in our rich history.

No Man, has the right to declare himself President of this Nation, without the consent of the people!

NDSM will not tolerate any attempt to change us away from the Republic that our Founding Fathers created.
